Returning an item without a refund
An item I purchased did not arrive.
The seller shipped me another item which did arrive.
3 weeks later the 1st item arrived.
How do I return the item as I already received one without the seller having to pay?

You can pay for a shipping label for the item you will return to the Seller, just use the return address on the package.
If you mean is there a way to ship the item back for free the answer would be no, if a package is shipped it has to be paid for, in this case, there is no free lunch ... or shipping label.
