Returning an item with the incorrect method sent to you by the seller.
The seller sent the item incorrectly. Sent air and almost caught on fire and ruined the item, it was checked out by an apple center the item was defective. I requested a refund and received a return label. The method of delivery was wrong. Dangerous snd not safe. You can not fly batteries. The item arrived on, hot and very unsafe. The return label was for air shipping and the item can not be returned by air. Has to be ground delivery and going from Michigan to California by ground will take far longer meaning my money is tied up much longer. Also must be marked delivered. what happens if the seller refuses the package returned because it states return by a certain date. That date will not be met due to the method of shipment. This is so unfair to the purchaser. eBay will not back their customers snd I’m angry.
