returning an item with Issues
I need to return an item; I have received an email that says "PRINT LABEL". When I click on the "Print Label" It takes me to another screen the eBay account "SOMETHING WENT WRONG". I am close to the deadline to return so I cannot get a response from e-BAY. The Seller approved the return sending the email to "Print Label" that does not work. There are no messages in my eBay Account & no email. What can I do to get this process closed, get the item returned and my refund.
I think the seller is a scam seller.
