Returning an item with a battery inside
I am returning an iPhone and since it was not as described, Ebay is covering it. However, the label they gave me is not for items that contain lithium batteries. Ebay AI Chatbot is of no help. Has anyone else run into this problem before?

MentorJul 9, 2026 at 9:27 PMWhen you take the package to the carrier, let them know it contains a lithium battery, and they can add the appropriate Hazmat label.

OPJul 9, 2026 at 9:36 PMI went to USPS and told them about the battery. They declined the package. The label needs to be an H class, and the one Ebay provided is G class. USPS can't make that change, I need an H class label from Ebay .
