returning an item using my own ship method
Help, It seems that now if you return an item , it takes me to a page that forces me to click on a preprinted ship label with USPS carrier, and then I pay / have that amount be deducted from my return refund. I normally use my own UPS and used to be able to just add it to the return info, an area that says add the sip number etc. How do I bypass that?
