Returning an item that seller has "no returns"
Hi!
I sold an item that arrived to the buyer damaged. He's trying to return it so that I can issue him a refund. On my listing, I have that I don't accept returns, however, he sent me photos and he's correct. He tried to initiate a return and said that it's not allowing him to do so. How do I rectify this so that I get my item back and he gets his refund?
Thanks!

If the buyer has tried to open a return case and it was denied, he may have picked the wrong "reason"
He should be able to open a return case that you must approve.
Still, if the buyer can't figure it out, you could send the buyer a return label as a jpg through messages. (Buy the label from a 3rd party such as pirate ship.)
Once you have the item back, issue a refund.
