Returning an item that I was refunded for because it did not match it's description
I want to return an item that I purchased and was refunded for, because it did not match it's description. Before, when this has happened, I was provided with a Return Shipping Label but so far nothing has been provided. The refund was recorded on November 3rd.

OP8 months agoThank you, the answer was in the Refund Instructions, but I did not recognize it as it was in Japanese. Using Google translate shows they did not want the camera back.

Mentor8 months agoContact the seller to see if the seller actually wants the item back. If so, the seller will have to make arrangements with you outside of eBay.
Typically, if the seller wants the item back, the seller provides a prepaid return label and refunds upon return. If the seller refunded first, any link to print a label no longer works, as eBay assumes the seller does not want to pay for return shipping at that point.
