Returning an item that has free shipping returns
Do i have to pay for return shipping if it says free turn shipping by seller. How does that work?

OP2 years agoOk. Ebay just sent me a message saying to download the return label was all. It didn't say if it was from the seller or not. So was just wondering how the free return shipping label works on returns now is all? It said free returns seller pays for returns. I haven't downloaded the return label to see why pays yet.

If the listing indicates "Free returns", when you file the return request on Ebay the seller should provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
