Returning an item that doesn't show up in my purchasing history
I have been trying to return an item I bought on Ebay. Should be simple but when I go to my purchasing history it does not show up. I did correspond with the company I bought it from but they needed a picture of the item I received, sent a picture but I've heard nothing back from them despite numerous attempts. Can anyone help? I can't even communicate with Ebay.

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase or see here:
