Returning an item Purchased
I need to return an item to the seller. The package is too large for the Post Office to take but the seller does not disclose their actual location. They list a P O Box. Without a street address UPS won't take the package. What do I do now?

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
When the seller accepts the return, the link to the shipping label should be for UPS. If it is not, you will have to contact ebay for help to get a label for UPS.
