returning an item but the ticket has come in the way
for context I am trying to get a refund on an item but previously I had made a ticket because I paid for the product but didnt get it so I made a ticket and the seller helped me understand that what I had bought was not at all what I thought it was(the bio on the product wasn't labeled properly) and so after I asked for a refund, the item was no longer able to be seen on their page. and since I made a ticket prior I can no longer make a request for a refund. I think I got scammed in $20. Is there any way that I can possibly get it back in my situation?

Mentor3 years agoYou did not get "scammed". Ebay has rules for both buyers and sellers. For you it is important to know and understand the policy for the Money Back Guarantee.

It is also important to know and understand the rules for filing a claim [what you are calling a ticket]. Buyers are not able to open multiple claims for the same transaction.
Buyers have 30 days from the date they received the item to file a claim if there is an issue. When did you purchase this item?
