Returning an item bought as a guest
Having horrendous problems. Can’t start the returns process or access a returns label by the normal route - eBay says somethings gone wrong. Eventually got a phone call from a real eBay person in Germany who said she would start the returns process for me and sent me an email confirming this. Seller notified and I have a return number. BUT WHEN I CLICK ON SEE RETURN DETAILS IT STILL SAYS SOMETHING WENT WRONG (‘it’s not you, it’s us’).
so, I STILL can’t get the returns label. Am at my wits’ end. Will NEVER use eBay again!!! Anyone out there can help? EBay can’t, despite numerous requests for help.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so you must first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email you received from eBay for the return details.
