Returning an item as a guest
I bought an item as a guest and every time I click on return the item in the drop-down, it says, “Something went wrong.†I’ve tried multiple times, but it keeps giving me the same message. Can someone please help with my return.

Mentor3 years agoGuest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. You must sign out of your current account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent you regarding the purchase, or see here:
