Returning an item after canceling the return

Hi! I initiated a product return and I changed my mind, then changed it back. So I want to return the item now. I see no place to ask to return it once the return request has been canceled. So, I sent the seller a message asking if I can still return it, but that was 3 days ago. What else can I do?

As far as eBay is concerned you cannot return the item since you cancelled the return request. The seller could still take the return if they wished but you would probably have to pay the return shipping charges and eBay could not help you if the seller would not refund.

Ty for your advice, jacbar. Would it be bad form if I asked the seller to take it back and send me the refund via an app, such as Venmo or Cashapp? I would only be going on his word that he would refund my money if I sent it back, but at this point, I have a faulty item already, I can’t really feel good about selling it, so if he doesn’t refund my money but he receives the item back, all I’ve lost is the shipping. Well, and the money to buy it in the first place.
