returning an item after a refund was initiated.
I have a question, I bought an item from EBay, the item was defective, I asked for an RMA and a refund. I never received an RMA, but EBay initiated a refund, which usually means that the seller did not want the item returned. Now the buyer asked me to return the item, 1 month later. I am hoping that he/she will send me an RMA, otherwise, do I have to send it back and pay the shipping charges?
