returning an item
Does anyone have a hone number that i can use to contact a human? I received the item I ordered and another box with the same item. I was only billed for one item. I would like to return the extra one but that question does not fit into any of the categories in customer service.

Mentor3 years agoYou do not need to contact ebay. Go to your Purchase history, locate the item, click on CONTACT SELLER. Explain to the seller that you received an extra item, so how would the seller like to handle this? If seller wants the item back, s/he can send a prepaid shipping label, or perhaps just let you keep it with his/her compliments.
