Returning an Item
I recently made this eBay account after ordering from a guest one and requesting a return. The seller gave me their return details. I went to the USPS and shipped it back to the seller. It has been well over 2 business days and I have not gotten my refund of about $100 back and no email either.

Mentor11 months agoIf you ordered as a guest, that return request process is much different.
If the seller gave you their return address and you shipped it back without you going through the return request process, there is nothing that can be done through Ebay.
You might be able to go to the funding source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.
