Returning an item
I am trying to get hold of Ebay to return an item I purchased, but it is next to impossible to get hold of them. When selling an item, I can. But it doesn't seem like I can when returning a bought item. So I'm asking the community for help. Two questions:
ebay started return process but wants me to pay shipping fee. When customers have bought from me in past, I as the seller, always had to pay for them to return item to me. Why do I have to pay now?
2nd question, If I have to pay for shipping, can't I buy label here, on ebay's site, just like when I sell an item? Any and all help would be appreciated.

If depends on the reason for the return and the Seller's return policy in that listing as to who pays for the return label. If you as the Buyer are required to purchase the return label, you can do that on PayPal or Pirateship and get a similar discount.
