Returning an item
I purchased an item recently. When I received the item it was damaged. The seller did accept returns but I still asked for a refund anyway. They accepted it with the pictures I provided. I received my refund. They say they’ve sent a return label but nothing shows up just an invoice. They provided a tracking number but no shipping label. How can I return the item?

Mentor2 years agoSounds like the seller made an error as normally no refund would be made unless the item was returned first or seller elected to refund without a return. Regardless you do not have to return the item unless the seller sends you another prepaid label.
