Returning an item
The seller sent me the wrong item and tried to talk me into keeping it. I insisted on a return. They offered a partial refund. NO. I filed a case on ebay and got a full refund. however, no instructions or return label on how to return the item. Today, I got a UPS return label on my door. It does not say what the label is for, but I am assuming it is for the item they refunded. I have no confirmation though that this is what the return label is for.
Any advice?

Mentor2 years agoDo you have the original label from the purchased item? Does the return address match the address from the UPS delivery person? You can always use the CONTACT SELLER and confirm that a return shipping label was ordered through UPS.
