Returning an item
I paid the sellers freight shipping $150 and cost of item which totaled $836.84! I decided to return in which buyer(myself )paid return shipping cost! Which was $232, seller said my refund would be $ 836.84, eBay says it’s only $733.90 which is item cost plus tax! So am I out $382 or should I get initial shipping cost back?

Mentor2 years agoIf you opened the return as something like I changed my mind, then there is no refund on the original shipping. The seller offered 30 day returns for any reason, but the reason you select makes a difference.
I assume you did not select doesn't match description - the seller would have had to pay the return shipping as well as refund your original shipping.

You used the term "decided to". Is this the item for which you left the feedback "I purchased spontaneously had to return" ? I'm trying to determine what is the seller's return policy.
