Returning an item
I reached out this morning because I wanted to return an item . I changed my mind on returning the merchandise. Since then I have found the same item and the size that I need from a different seller. I reached out to the seller who I bought the original item from and they said it would be no problem to return the item. Is this something that I can go ahead and do? And how do I restart a return. Thank you with your help.

Mentor3 years agoYou can't "restart" the claim. If you close it, Ebay will NOT allow you to open it again, so you need to work with what you have. You should however consider telling the seller you will ship the item back at your expense since you changed your mind and then log the tracking number into the return so everyone can see the tracking. That is only a suggestion as it wasn't the seller's fault that you need to return the item.
