Returning all items on one order but ebay looking to split into two returns
I bought three reels of thread, one white and two blue. They all came in one package and I want to return all three. But when I request a return, ebay is asking me to print two labels, one for the white thread and one for the blue threads. This will double the shipping costs. When I contacted ebay customer services, I was told to raise two requests but put all the items in one box. How can I make sure that I am not charged double shipping?
