Returning a purchase? Not an address?
So I purchased and wasn't to the quality I had liked. Said returns welcome.
I go to return the purchase and the address given to me wasn't an address at all.
I have pasted it bellow. Can someone help me understand what's going on here, a scam? I can understand a return going to another county but this isn't even an address. I googled it.

Mentor2 years ago@kodrodges0. That is odd.
Did you file an official eBay return request by selecting return from your purchase history?

For some reason, I decided to give Google Translate a try. It's an address.
Check it out:

Copy the text and paste it into the left box of the translator. The translator will detect the language. The translation will appear in the right box.

@kodrodges0 A few follow up questions so that we can provide the best advice to make sure that you receive a refund since the item was poor quality it would be considered not as described.
Did the seller ship from China or the US?
Please let us know so we can advise you of the next step.
Do NOT pay return shipping to China and expect to be refunded for it afterwards, no matter what a customer service agent says. eBay can only make the seller refund the original amount that you paid.
