Returning a product
I've been back and forth to FedEx trying to return tires I bought for my car. They arrived strapped together in two pairs which requires two return shipping labels. You guys keep sending me the same shipping label which will allow me to ship one pair of tires instead of both. This problem with communication is going to make me miss the deadline to get a refund on the tires.
