·2 years agoHi @sqweak215 You have up to 30 days after you received the item to request a return for refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee, so don't wait for the seller until it's too late. After you open a return request with eBay, if the seller doesn't respond by the case deadline, eBay will step in and fully refund you.
