Returning a fake item
I bought a SSD in Jan of 2026 and it turned out to be a fake. I would like to return it, but the seller's account doesnt exist anymore. When I tried to make a return case they were somehow still able to respond and closed my case. How do I proceed?

Mentor5 months agoSince you only have 30 days from receipt to open a case for an "Item not as described" it is too late for eBay to do anything for you. You will need to go back to your payment source and ask about a charge back.
