Returning a defective bike motor kit
I purchased an electric bicycle motor kit. I installed it and it didn't work. I contacted the seller and asked for replacement or refund. They asked for pictures. They offered to send a replacement controller. I accepted and installed it, the new controller did not fix the problem. I have asked the seller for a refund and instructions for returning item and obtaining a refund. They have not supplied this information. I have tried to start a return through Ebay, but the return window closed. I had contacted the seller weeks before the return window closed but our communication and waiting while they looked at the pictures and shipped the non working replacement part, has delayed past the return window. All communication took place through ebay.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
