Returning a coin that has many scratches. I am unable to give a photo of the coin. stops the return

I think asking for a photo is a way to make it harder to do a return. I have no way I can submit a photo. The sellers know what the coin looks like.

How to request a return through My eBay

Find the item in your Purchases - opens in new window or tab.
Select Return this item from the menu on the right.
Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why you're returning it.
