Returning a broken item

Good day I received a broken item due to it not being packaged properly, the seller is waiting for FedEx to pay for shipping, I cannot wait that long it been a week now. Itâ€™s an tomen for $300

The Seller needs to refund you in full while they are waiting for FedEx.

Go to your Purchase History and find this transaction. Then open a refund request with the reason that it was received damaged. The Seller will then have three business days to respond with a refund. If they do not, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Don't let the Seller bully you or try to convince you to close your request.

But you need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.

Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described (in your case, broken), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
