Returned to sender
If an item is returned to sender, how do you handle this? The post office could not deliver and sent back. I don't want to have to pay for another shipping label out of my pocket nor do I think I should be responsible for that. How do you handle this situation?

Mentor1 year agoWhat was the reason for the Return to Sender? If it was due to the buyer leaving out the apartment number, or mistyping the address in some way, then the buyer is responsible for paying to reship. You can ask the buyer for his Paypal email address so you can send a Money Request, or you can send your Paypal email address and the buyer can use the Send Money to pay to reship. If the buyer does not want to pay to reship, you can refund item price only.
