Returned shipping costs
The buyer was fully refunded after USPS returned the package to me due to a carrier delivery issue. I’d like to request a review for possible shipping credit and to ensure this case does not negatively affect my seller metrics.

Mentor5 months agoDid you willingly make the refund or did eBay have to force a refund. As long as you refunded willingly there should be no defect to your account. If you made eBay force a refund you will get a defect and it will not be removed.
