Returned products to company for a refund but they came back to me saying the seller had moved.
How do I reach someone at ebay to talk to about this? I've been trying to figure out ways for over an hour. I had ordered 2 watches from a company and got them but they were both defective. Their policy was free returns and I got the labels okay and sent them, but 7 days later both packages came back to my home address. In looking up the status, it says the seller has moved, so what can I do about returning these and getting my refund? Thank you.
