Returned Package
USPS returned a package because it was undeliverable.
Upon researching, and speaking to buyer, they put wrong city in the address. They recently moved, and their form auto filled with correct street, wrong city.
Is there a way I can edit the label and resend, or I will have to purchase a new label?
Costing me twice as much essentially.

Mentor8 months agoYou will have to purchase a new label. The old one was used, even if it was returned as undeliverable.
You can ask the buyer to send you the funds for shipping, but they do not have to give you more money.
You can also refuse to reship and refund the buyer using the reason "problem with buyer address"
