Returned package
Package shows delivered but it was returned to me saying not a deliverable address. Buyer stated it is his address. How do I get the package to buyer without paying again for shipping

Mentor2 years agoAsk your buyer if s/he has a mailbox (if you shipped using USPS). Was there any additional information as to why the package was undeliverable? If the buyer states that they receive packages without problems, then I would take the package back to the post office and let them know the address is correct and the buyer has always received all packages and you want it sent back without paying additional postage.
