returned item....altered condition
I sold an album with over 200 antique postcards. Buyer discovered 4 that were not old. He then removed every card from the album, requested a return, and shipped with all cards out of the album. These were carefully placed by holiday occasion and ow I have to sort and replace...should I ask for partial refund?

If sold with no returns, there is no seller protection for faulty returns. Your only option is to issue a full refund. Since you are top rated, if the item offered 30 day returns, then you would be able to issue less than a full refund.
