Returned item to seller. No reply for a month

.I bought O ring set Minor Service Kit for BSA Air rifle from a1tackleshopp The package was delivered byRoyal Mail thru front letter box damaged and some rings missing. I returned the package to the sellerand have had no reply. The automatic reply on ebay form requests a photo, which I did not take, and therefore will not complete my application for a refund. Whar do I do now? Cheers Gerry
