returned item showed up at my home again
I bought an unlocked phone that turned out not to be unlocked. Due to lack of response from seller Ebay refunded my money when tracking showed I returned the phone. Now the phone has shown up at my house again with sellers return address on the label. I suspect his address is fake and phone was returned to sender but the label doesn't say that. It has my address with his return address even though I sent it with his address and my return address. Should I be concerned?
