Returned Item sent back to me
I returned an item, it was marked received and the refund was started, but yesterday I received the package back as Return to Sender UTF. Now the item is taken down for a policy violation. The item is the wrong size and it does look like the refund was started but not sure what to do with the item that was returned to me?

Go to the eBay return claim and see if their is a link to ask eBay to step in. The return to Sender on the tracking should protect you on the claim.
If you have further issues you may need to reach out to eBay. Social Media may be the best approach.
