Returned item sent and received - eBay & seller did not acknowledge
Hi Community,
I received an item that was damaged in shipping from Japan. The seller provided me with a return shipping label that identified a location in US. I've sent this item and thru tracking have seen that they have received it a few days ago. eBay never acknowledge that my shipping label was used. I'm still getting the message 'please send the item back'. The seller was informed about the tracking, shipping and that it was received but has ghosted me in response to my request for refund several days ago. I let eBay know as a 'technical problem: other' of this non-acknowledgement of my shipping label.
Not sure what the next step would be, any advice would be appreciated! -Jim
