Returned item refund amount
Seller claims damaged item upon return for a refund. I never opened the original packaging it was sent to me in. I put the sealed package inside another shipping box undamaged. Very unlikely it got damage in shipping. Well protected. They only refunded half the item cost. I never had to return an Ebay item before. Now I feel like I'm being played to get money from me. Do I open a claim for eBay help? I have no photo proof. I am too trusting that people are honest apparently.
