Returned Item Received But No Return Requested By Buyer
Hello. I have a situation I have not experienced before. I got a return back, but there has not been a return request submitted by the buyer. The package said Return To Sender / Unable To Forward. Yesterday, I messaged the buyer to ask them if they had moved or wanted to return the item but have not seen a response yet. I saw something that said to wait 3 days for a response. If they do not respond by then, what should I do? Thank you.
