Returned item not received and I am seller asked to refund the buyer
Abuyer asked to return item i agreed , tracking number shows item shipped , Ebay posted it as delivered ,but tracking on USPS.com confirms it is still with the post and i never received it, i have all the details ,is it fair that ebay forces me to refund buyer without having my item returned back.????????
