    The buyer initiated the return on March 1 and it still has not arrived.  eBay says it could take up to 35 days but the platform indicates that the tracking number was provided to ebay.  I would like to have the tracking number but haven't received it and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to ask for it.  I tried the chat function but it was a dead end.  Please advise
