Returned item not delivered and being sent back , apparently address is bogus so no refund, my case does not have the "ask ebay to step in" posting and the seller has not responded to my email, what can I do ?

Thanks for the help, I have had a go around with the Ai customer service which ended up in a circular conversation with no resolution, I miss the conflict resolution days.

Ask customer service for help. They will probably issue your refund if the address provided by the seller is no good.
