returned item in the morning and received a message from ebay in afternoon saying I couldnt return
So I returned a smart watch in the morning and the same day ebay sent email saying I was not allowed to return it anymore. Tried contacting seller and after a few messages they stopped responding. I escalated to ebay and the closed the case. I never got my money back or the smart watch I had sent back. This is not fair and I am furious. That is basically stealing. I have the tracking number of the package delivered back. All I need is for them to send my item even if I need to pay for shipping. This was July 26 2022 and I am really frustrated. Please help guide me.

Mentor3 years agoYou made the purchase on July 26, 2022 and just now returned the watch? You only have 30 days from date of receipt in which to file a Returns Request, print the return shipping label, and the seller refunds within 2 days of tracking stating DELIVERED. If this is not the correct timeline, please reply back as to when you received the item, and when you shipped it back to the seller. Did you file a Returns Request, or did you just ship it back to the seller?
