Ordered an Item form seller but seller sent the wrong item. I contacted the seller and seller said they would send the correct item but nothing was received. I contacted seller again. No reply. I in good faith returned the wrong item with tracking and confirmed the seller received the item. Contacted seller again. NO reply and no refund. I did not take photo because I cannot with my phone. Have tried to get help but blocked due to no photo. I have lost the cost of the item and postage.
