Returned item had wrong weight
A buyer returned an item, but used 30 pounds instead of 3 pounds which made the shipping more expensive. How can I get help with this issue?

Mentor10 months agoThe buyer would have used the return shipping label that you provided if they filed a Return Request.

OP10 months agoI think it was a mistyped weight since the laptop is 3 pounds and the return label shows 30 pounds. Can I get some type of refund from Ebay on this?

Mentor10 months agoI recently returned an item that was 4 pounds. The label stated USPS Ground Advantage and did not have any weight on the label. The seller originally sent the item to me using a Priority Sm Flat Rate Box label.

OP10 months agoI got ahold of a person at Ebay. It was same price for shipping so all is good. Thanks @disneyshopper and @lady_madonna
