Returned item for refund, it was returned to me , vacant, unable to forward, return to sender

Question

I've been buying on eBay for many years, first time I tried to return an item, I received a shipping label, send the item, only to have it returned, message from USPS: Return to sender, Vacant, unable to forward.

I have been trying to contact eBay live chat, cannot reach anyone.

Any suggestions?
