Returned item for a refund
Hello, I bought a item and was charged twice and sent 2. Amazon had me refuse delivery on one. After I refused delivery I started a return for refund which I'm not sure I should have done because it says I will receive a shipping label to return item but I don't have the item. Amazon took it back with them. Does anyone know what I should do?
